Role Based Competency
Training can be assigned by role, organisation or management structure, allowing a lot of flexibility in how you assign training. This can include pre-assigning training so when someone starts they are automatically assigned training when they log in. Training can also be cascaded so as they complete level one they are automatically added to level two.
