Our support contracts offer you priority access to our experienced Moodle VLE support team. Our customer-focused approach, aims to make your virtual learning environment as trouble-free as possible to help your school, staff and pupils fulfil their potential.

 

Our support staff will:

  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Give advice on best practice
  • Help with discussions about Moodle population and effective utilisation
  • Provide support through a variety of channels: Email, Phone & Online
  • Provide each school with a single point of enquiry for all their ICT support and assistance requirements
