How long does my trial account last?

Trial accounts last for 30 days. If you want to continue using the software after this period you will need to call WebAnywhere on 0800 862 0131 and purchase one of our School Jotter packages. You can use the call back feature on our website if you would like us to call you.

How do I add my school photos to the graphics in my School Jotter website?

Changes to the template will need to be performed by WebAnywhere. Any changes you want made should be sent to content@webanywhere.co.uk with a description and any photos you would like us to add. If you would like your school logo or any awards adding to your website the process is the same.

How often do you backup School Jotter? Is my site safe?

School Jotter is backed up every night at approximately 2am. If any pages have been accidentally lost, we can revert to a back up to restore the orginal page.

I've forgotten my username or password, can you help?

If you have forgotten any of your log in details please either email support@webanywhere.co.uk or call us on 0800 862 0131 and ask to speak to support.

Can you move content from my existing site to my new School Jotter site?

If you decide to go with School Jotter and have an existing website then we will happily move the content onto the new site for you, saving you time in an ordinarily busy schedule.

Is there a manual for School Jotter and its many features?

How do I make my website live?

To go live with your new School Jotter website we will need you to ask your Local Authority to make a change to the DNS settings for your .sch.uk address. Please call our support team on 0800 862 0131 for more information on this.
