The Shakespeare animated YouTube channel
Originally aired between 1992 and 1994 on the BBC and HBO, this collection of eleven animated plays are now available online.
Including the likes of The Tempest, Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet, these videos can help you bring the bard to life for your pupils
Cloud Technology of the month
Google Drive is the latest release from the technology giant Google. It offers cloud storage, allowing you to access your documents, videos, music etc anywhere, including on the go from mobile devices once the Drive app is downloaded. The days of emailing yourself things are over!
Google Docs is built into the system, allowing you to share and collaborate on documents with others in real time, add comments to anything (including image and video files) and receive notifications when others comment on items
The service is offering 5GB of free space, with more available if you are willing to pay for it (up to as much as 1TB, which will set you back £31 a month).
Time saver of the month
Save yourself the time and frustration of finding that useful online article that you either didn’t have time to read, or wanted to refer to later by using Pocket (formerly called Read It Later).
This handy application allows you to build an online reading list accessible on any device — phone, tablet or computer, that can be read even when offline.
