Vacancy: Customer Account Manager

Salary: 13-15,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + uncapped PR bonus

 

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire (about 5 min walk from the train/bus stations)

 

Job description:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our busy sales team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and sales, an impeccable telephone manner and will be able to work well within a team.

Experience of Microsoft Office, use of email and the Internet is essential.


Sales d uties include selling to new and existing customers who have expressed an interest in our products, demonstrating new products on the phone and over the internet, and

 

Account management duties include maintaining excellent customer relationships, contacting the customer regularly throughout the sales and delivery process to ensure all needs are met, scheduling demonstrations and training sessions as appropriate and dealing with credit control.

Vacancy: IT Trainer

Salary: 13-15,000 p.a. (depending on experience)

Job description:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our busy helpdesk and training team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of helpdesk work and I.T. training, an impeccable telephone manner and will be able to work well within a team.

Experience of Microsoft Office, use of email and the Internet is essential. Experience of Macromedia/Adobe Contribute and Moodle is desirable.

Training duties include delivery of remote or on-site training to staff in the education sector on a number of WebAnywhere products such as Adobe packages, Moodle learning platform and podcasting solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to devote a certain amount of their own time to improving and maintaining their knowledge of the WebAnywhere suite of products.

Helpdesk duties will include dealing with inbound support enquiries, calling existing customers to inform them of new products and services, chasing up content submissions and FTP details, booking appointments for product demonstrations and training sessions, and generally maintaining good relationships with our customer base.
